Madelene Breiling, The Packaging Arena
Madelene, Packaging Development Manager at The Packaging Arena is working together with well known brand owners to develop innovative and user friendly packages. The Packaging Arena acts as a supportive partners in all stages of the packaging process and keep constant focus on marketing and packaging trends via the internal network to be constantly updated on the opportunities available in various packaging techniques and materials.

She has previously worked as packaging developer at Procordia Food AB, where she worked with the packaging for well known Swedish brands such as Felix, BOB, Ekström, Risifrutti, Önos and Grandiosa.

Rob Soffers, Smurfit Kappa Group
Rob Soffers is Manager Supply Chain Applications at Smurfit Kappa Group. Smurfit Kappa Group (SKG) is a world player in paper based packaging with leading market positions in Europe and in Latin America.

Rob has global responsibility for the daily operations of the project and support organization of the Supply Chain Applications team of Smurfit Kappa. This team is supplying the services for System Integration, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and WebShop solutions for all plants within Smurfit Kappa.

He began his career within Smurfit Kappa in 2001, where he is since 2003 working in the area of Supply Chain Integration and Processes, mainly between Smurfit Kappa and its customers. First as project manager until later in 2007 reaching his current position as Manager Supply Chain Applications.

Richard Molin, Höganäs

Richard Molin is Supply Chain Manager at Höganäs Sweden AB and is responsible for logistics and procurement for the Höganäs operations in Europe. From his 10 years with Höganäs and logistics he has been deeply involved in the development projects that have taken place. During the Höganäs VMI project when Richard was Logistics Manager he has been the project leader and met many customers to discuss the possibilities to increase the value proposition that Höganäs can offer its’ customers.

Charlotte Blomquist, IKEA Components
Charlotte have been working at IKEA Components since 1999. She started as a trainee, working in different departments, such as transport booking, purchase and sales. In 2003, when ICOMP added components to their business, she worked as a business support for mattress components.

Since 2004 she has been working with IKEA Components business systems, as system & methodology responsible and Information System Specialist.


Judith Persson, IKEA Components
Judith have been working at IKEA Components AB for 8 years. During this period she has been working in the production, transport booking, sales and purchase. Now she works as a project leader.

Judith’s education is actually cabinet maker, but she has never been working with this. The closest to working as a cabinet maker this far is working at BRIO making toys.


Pär Ohlsson, IKEA Components
IS / IT Manager at IKEA Components AB since 2003. Employed at IKEA since 1996 and has a background as NT technician.
