After a VMI process has been implemented towards a supplier and a couple of weeks/months have passed there are often a lot of outstanding questions related to the PipeChain software and the process.

We recommend arranging a follow-up workshop for each new supplier or new internal department working with VMI.

This workshop can be directed towards the suppliers and/or the internal buyers. Preferably one or the other to open up for sensitive questions where the PipeChain consultant can help to create solution.

Training information

Goal: The goal with the workshop is to get a smooth daily VMI process for both the supplier and the customer.

Who: The education can be directed towards the Suppliers and the Internal buyers or only towards the internal buyers. The participants need to be trained users in PipeChain and the VMI process to be able to participate in this workshop.

When: A couple of weeks or months after a new supplier has been introduced to VMI with PipeChain and/or after new internal users have started working with the VMI process.

Where: At supplier site if the workshop is for the supplier and at customer site if the workshop is for the internal buyers.
