Good understanding of the PipeChain system within the IT department is critical to get a well supported system that run with minimal problem.

This System Administration education include following:

• technical overview

• how to install and upgrade the PipeChain software
• understanding of how the communication is working with other systems
• how to monitor the application and communication
• user management

Training information

Goal: The main goal with the training is to secure that the PipeChain application is running with minimal down time and with best possible performance.

Who: The education should be directed to technical administrators, usually someone within the IT-department.

When: When the PipeChain application is implemented or/and when a user should be introduced to this responsibility.

Where: Preferably at customer site.

Length: 2 days if customer is hosting the application, one day if PipeChain is hosting it.

Cost: 25.000 SEK per day + expenses
