Production Order
The Production Order screen contains information about a particular order for inbound delivery. It is only valid for Replenishment Orders. The screen can be used if the selected property 118 is set.
Supplier Id / Address – The Id and the Address of the supplier who delivers the goods.
Replenishment Order Id - The Id of the Replenishment Order in PipeChain.
Last Updated – The date and time the order was last updated.
Production Order Id – The Id of the order in the production system (Sales order Id)
Order Status – The status of an inbound order can be Not Sent, Sent to Purchase System, Requested, Sent to Order System, Confirmed, Partially Shipped, Shipped, Partially Received and Received.
Start Time – The time when production of the order should start.
Finish Time – The time when the order should be finished and the products are available at stock.
Product Family – The Id of the product family that the product belongs to, see Product Group Detail.
Minimum Order Quantity – The MOQ fetched from Product Family.
Summed Order Quantity – The sum of the Quantity fields of the lines belonging to the order.
Show Suggested Order Lines – If this checkbox is checked, delivery suggestions with the status Suggestion, i.e. the ones that have not yet been added to the order but which match the requirements, are shown in the list. (When a delivery suggestion is added to the order its status becomes Locked).
Buttons
Auto Increase – If you click on this button, the system will suggest new quantities if ‘Summed Order Quantity’ is less than ‘Minimum Order Quantity’. The new values are based on the following algorithm.
If ‘Summed Order Quantity’ is less than ‘Minimum Order Quantity’

Increase order line quantity until the resulting duration is equal to the max time

Adding of order lines up to resulting duration is max time
If ‘Summed Order Quantity’ is still less than ‘Minimum Order Quantity’

Increase order line quantity until there is no more need

Adding of order lines until there is no more need
If ‘Summed Order Quantity’ is still less than ‘Minimum Order Quantity’

Add quantities on a proportional way
-
As example; if product A has 75% from beginning, it will still have 75% after the summed quantity is reached

The user is alerted that the quantities are above max time
Add All Lines* – If you click on this button, all delivery suggestions listed in the Order Lines tab receive the status Locked.
Send* – This button is used if there is integration with the order system. If you click on this button, the order is sent to the order system for confirmation. A warning will pop up if ‘Summed Order Quantity’ is less than ‘Minimum Order Quantity’.
Confirm* – This button is used to confirm an order if there is no integration with the order system. However, this button can also be used – but only by the system administrator – if there is integration with the order system. A warning will pop up if ‘Summed Order Quantity’ is less than ‘Minimum Order Quantity’.
* Only products that match the current filter setting for products is affected when clicking on the button.
