MACom Overview
Receivers – the icon is red if any receiver is not functional (status Error or Stopped (auto start)) and needs to be looked into. All channels are checked regardless of filter settings. Clicking the icon opens the MACom Channel Overview screen.
Processors – the icon is red if any processor is not functional (status Error or Stopped (auto start)) and needs to be looked into. The field under the icon indicates how many number of processors are stopped. One channel can either use the common processor or a private processor. All processors are checked regardless of filter settings. Clicking the icon opens the MACom Channel Overview screen.
Senders – The icon is red if any sender is not functional and needs to be looked into. This icon can also be yellow which means that it waits for at reply to an e-mail. All channels are checked regardless of filter settings. Clicking the icon opens the MACom Channel Overview screen.
Transactions – the icon is red if any transactions with other in-house systems, such as order system, have not been sent or processed with success and needs to be looked into. The icon is yellow if any transactions with other in-house systems have been received, but not processed, created but not sent or sent but not acknowledged. Clicking the icon takes you to MACom Transaction Overview screen.
Surveillance – the icon is red if any transactions are Late (status Error) according to the transaction surveillance defined in the MACom Channel-Transaction Detail screen. Clicking the icon opens the MACom Channel-Transaction Overview screen.
The field under the icon indicates how many transactions with other systems are affected.
Filter
The filter is applied for all content in the MACom Overview screen, except for Receivers, Processors and Senders, see below.
