Customer Flow Model Overview

The CustomerFlow Model Overview screen lists all  Flow Models used by .

 

If you double-click on a row in the list, you open the Customer Flow Model Detail screen, where you can view the details of that Flow Model.

If you right-click on a row in the list of Customer Flow Models, you open a menu where you can choose the following commands:

  • Sort By - Opens a submenu where you can choose how to sort the list items.

  • View - Opens a submenu where you can choose how to manage the  view/columns and show all columns.

  • Export - Export the view to Htm or to Excel.

  • Editing Completed - This command is enabled only if the Editing in Progress checkbox is checked in the Detail screen. If you choose this command, you tell the system, and other users, that the Flow Model is not being edited anymore, and can be used.
