Customer Market Bucket Overview

The Customer Market Bucket Overview screen lists all Customer Market Buckets. A “Customer Market Bucket” is what you get if you add a customer’s stock of a certain product (or Product Variant), and their customers’ stock, and so on until the end customer.

Fill Rate – the fill rate is a percentage that shows how well the supply chain ahead of the customer is meeting the demand for the product.

·        If the fill rate is 0% the quantity of goods in the supply chain is enough to last for the Safety Time + the Lead Time.

·        If the fill rate is below 0%, the quantity of goods in the supply chain is not enough to last for the Safety Time + the Lead Time.

·        If the fill rate is 100%, the quantity of goods in the supply chain is at a desirable level.

·        If the fill rate is above 200%, the quantity of goods in the supply chain is enough to last for more than the maximum time + the Lead Time.

The Fill Rate field is

·        red when the quantity of goods in the supply chain is not enough to last for the Lead Time.

·        yellow when the fill rate is less than 0%, but the quantity of goods in the supply chain is enough to last for more than the Lead Time.

·        green when the fill rate is between 0% and 200%.

·        blue when the fill rate is above 200%.
