User Detail
This screen contains information about the specific user and the users accessibly.
User
Id – the ID of the user. The identity can consist
of digits
and/or letters.
Name – The user’s complete name.
Description - free text fields for a user. Can be used for describe the users working title.
Restricted to Business - Defines if the user may log in to other business's.
Last Updated – when was the information about this user last updated.

Login Site - determines which of the Sites the user will be logged on to as default.
Locale - determines which date and number formats that will be used for the user. If left blank, for Standard Client users the Site's Locale will be used and for WebAccess users the browsers Locale. For WebAccess users this may also determine which language to be used (if you have created different languages in WebAccess)
Date Format - determines if a date format other than the Locale's default should be used.
Show prices in the Web Shop - determines if a user may see prices in the Web Shop

E-mail Address - the users e-mail address
E-mail Subject - The subject row to be used for Event messages
Send as - defines if the data sent to a user should be in the body (make html messages directly readable in a normal email client
Extension - defines the extension to be used if messages are sent as attachments
Email me - Used in WebShop to send messages on order's that are linked to a user name

PipeChain - means that the user will have to have a password
stored (encrypted) in PipeChain and must log on using this password
Set Password… – you change the password by clicking this button. 
Windows - means that Windows Authentication should be used. If Windows Authentication is to be used, a working Domain Configuration must be defined.
In this Tab the user is given access to sites. For each Site that the user has access to, the Authorization Level is determined by the chosen Profile.
NOTE Only
Administrators may allow users access to Sites. Also an Administrator
may not set profiles that have the same access level except for Server
Administrator.
Example: a Site Administrator may not give someone else Site Administrator
privileges. This must be made by the Business Administrator.
Click a new item to enter a new user profile.
The Events tab in the User Detail screen contains information about all the different events defined in PipeChain Supply. Note that it is only the system administrator that is allowed to see all the events. The other three user categories can only see their own events which they can copy, edit and delete.
NOTE The
Site Profiles will determine which Sites (and Businesses) the user
will receive Events. A user will only receive Events for the Messages
belonging to the Sites the user have access to (i.e. have Site Profiles
for) and the Businesses these Sites belongs to. All users will be
able to receive Server Messages.
Enable event export – if you uncheck this box you disable the event export for this particular user.
Event Header – a header (a title) for the event. Examples of events could be: Listen to Background Job or MACom Communication.
Action – in this field you enter a description of what kind of action you want to take when this particular event occurs.
Text Ids – identifies the message text used in this message. If you want to enter more than one text Id you must separate them by using either full stop/a period (.), a comma (,), a semicolon (;) or the tab key.
Browse – by clicking the Browse button you open the Message Text Id Browser (see below) where you can select one or several Text Ids.
Keywords – enter the keyword(s) you want to use (i.e. find). If you want to enter several keywords you must separate them by pressing the Enter key. A keyword can consist of either one word or a set of words. Examples of keyword(s): anila (a user’s ID), Job Id and PipeChain XML Channel
Condition – if you want to find all keywords select the option All words. If you are happy to find just any one of the keywords you select the option Any words.
Active – check the box if you want to activate this particular event. Compare with the Enable Event Export check box (see page 156) that disables the export of all events for a user.
In this Tab the web user's access to Customer's or Supplier's is listed. It is also possible to allow a user access to new Customer's or Supplier's in this tab.
NOTE A web user may only be connected to Customer's OR Supplier's.
