Customer Data Exchange Overview
The Customer Data Exchange Overview screen lists all data exchanges made with customers within the history lifetime. The number of business days that messages, transactions, finished deliveries and out-of-date purchase order references are kept in the database. Operational historical data (like balance and flow models at a specific date and time) is moved regularly to Analyzer, if Analyzer is installed, purchase order references are kept in the database. If you double-click on a row, you open the Customer Data Exchange Detail screen, where you can view detailed information about that data exchange. Please also see the description of that screen for an explanation of the fields in the Customer Data Exchange Detaill screen.
If you right-click on a row in the list of outbound deliveries , you open a menu where you can choose the following commands:
Sort By - Opens a submenu where you can choose how to sort the list items.
View - Opens a submenu where you can choose how to manage the view/columns and show all columns.
Export - Export the view to Htm or to Excel.
The data exchanges whose result was not a Success are color coded:
Red – the latest data exchange, of this type, failed. The result was “Remote Error”, or "Schedule Error".
Light red – the data exchange, of this type, failed but when another data exchange of the same type took place after this one failed the data exchange was a success. The result was “Remote Error”.
Yellow – the latest data exchange, of this type, failed. The result was “Remote warning”.
Light yellow – the data exchange, of this type, failed but when another data exchange of the same type took place after this one failed the data exchange was a success. The result was “Remote warning”.
Elapsed Time – the time elapsed from the Data Exchange Start Time until the data exchange was finished or interrupted.
