Customer Data Exchange Detail

The Customer Data Exchange Detail screen contains detailed information about a particular data exchange made with a customer.

 

Customer Id.  If you click on the underlined blue text, you open the Customer Detail screen, where you can view or edit the information about the customer.

(Customer) Address (Id) - The address ID of this customer’s business site. It can consist of numbers and/or letters.

Customer Name - The name, in your PipeChain Supply, of the customer.

Data Exchange Type – the type of the data exchange. There are four types of data exchange: Normal Exchange, Total Exchange, Check Connection and Get Deliveries.

Data Exchange Start Time – the time when the data exchange started.

Data Exchange Result – the result of the data exchange. Explanation of the various data exchange result statuses.

Elapsed Time – the time elapsed from the Data Exchange Start Time until the data exchange was finished or interrupted.

- Message -

Message – this field displays the full message about why the data exchange turned out the way it did.

Message Log – if you click on the underlined blue text, you open the Message Log screen, where you can view all system messages within the History Lifetime The number of business days that messages, transactions, finished deliveries and out-of-date purchase order references are kept in the database. Operational historical data (like balance and flow models at a specific date and time) is moved regularly to Analyzer, if Analyzer is installed. (by default, messages for the last 24 hours are shown).
