Outbound Delivery Agreement Detail
The Outbound Delivery Agreement Detail screen contains the information about a particular delivery agreement with a customer. Delivery Agreements can only be created with Customers that have an Outbound Partner Agreement with the current Site.
Customer Id . If you click on the underlined blue text, you open the Customer Detail screen, where you can view or edit the information about the customer.
(Customer) Address (Id) - The address ID of this customer’s business site. It can consist of numbers and/or letters.
Customer Manages Agreement - Indicates that it is the customer that manages the agreement parameters for SMI agreements
Customer Name - The name, in your PipeChain Supply, of the customer.
Customer(type) Once the customer has been created and saved, the Customer Type cannot be changed. Following types can be used:

Product Id . If you click on the underlined blue text, you open the Own Bucket Detail screen, where you can view or edit information about the product.
(Product) Variant - The variant, in your PipeChain Supply, of the product.
Product name - The name, in your PipeChain Supply, of the product.
Customer's Product Id - You enter this manually when you create the delivery agreement. You can also change it later on, if necessary.
(Customer's Product) Variant - You enter this manually when you create the delivery agreement. You can also change it later on, if necessary.
Product Supersession - If checked there is a supersession defined. Clicking on the button opens a dialog where the supersession can be defined. See more here.
Customer's Product Name - This can be entered by You, the customer via WebAccess or via transaction. If your Customer has PipeChain Supply 2.2 or higher this is the Product Name in their Supply.
Production Ordering - Other options than Automatic can only be used with the WebShop. Defines how production (inbound) orders should be created in the WebShop. You can choose between
Automatic, Call-off, MTO, MTS/Call-off
(Status
icon) – this icon signals if the
delivery agreement is incorrectly configured or out of date with respect
to the actual outflow, max balance , safety balance etc.
· The icon is yellow if the delivery agreement has values that are not completely consistent with the actual outflow etc. and need looking into.
· The icon is red if the values in the delivery agreement are completely incorrect or self-contradictory, and PipeChain Supply will not be able to do its job as intended if the agreement is not modified.
· In the Outbound Delivery Agreement Overview screen, the whole row that represents this delivery agreement will have the same color as the status icon.

Acknowledge - A button to acknowledge a deviation between the Used and Calculated Parameter Groups

User - The user name of the user who acknowledged the deviation

Date - The date when the user acknowledged the deviation

Analyze button - When you click this button, PipeChain Supply analyzes the agreement to see if the values are well adapted to your outflow etc. The result is shown in a dialog box as soon as the analysis is complete. This may take a few seconds.

Customer Bucket – if you click on the blue underlined text, you open the Customer Bucket Detail screen, where you can view and modify the information about this customer’s stock of the product (or Product Variant ) in question.
Partner Agreement - if you click on the blue underlined text, you open the Partner Agreement Detail screen, for this customer.
