Goods Receipt Advice
This screen lists the information on main level in the Receiving Advice messages received from customer. The information in the message is stored in tables for matching, if ‘Expect Receipt Advice’ has been selected in the process configuration tab at the partner agreement. The screen is used as overview and detail screen at the same time. The user is able to switch between different modes by pressing the ‘Go to OVERVIEW or DETAIL’ button.
The screen shows information about the Goods Receipt Advice that either is read from the message or optionally fetched from the delivery pointed out by the ANS line reference. The Match status is derived from Match Status at line level. If all lines are Matched, the status are ‘Matched’, if only some lines are matched the status are ‘Partially Matched’ otherwise the status are ‘Unmatched’.
Customer Id . If you click on the underlined blue text, you open the Customer Detail screen, where you can view or edit the information about the customer.
