Supplier Data Exchange Overview

The Supplier Data Exchange Overview screen lists all data exchanges made with suppliers within the history lifetime. If you double-click on a row, you open the Supplier Data Exchange Detail screen, where you can view detailed information about that data exchange.

If you right-click on a row in the list of data exchanges, you open a menu where you can choose the following commands:

Sort By - Opens a submenu where you can choose how to sort the list items.

View - Opens a submenu where you can choose how to manage the view/columns and show all columns.

Export - Export the view to Html or to Excel.

Columns

Result - the data exchange can have different statuses and color codes. For more information about this, see Data Exchange Result.

Elapsed Time – the time elapsed from the data exchange start time until the data exchange was finished or interrupted.
