Supplier Data Exchange Detail

The Supplier Data Exchange Detail screen contains detailed information about a particular data exchange made with a supplier.

 

Supplier Id

(Supplier) Address (Id)

Supplier Name

Data Exchange Type – the type of data exchange. There are four types of data exchange: Total Exchange, Normal Exchange, Check Connection and Get Deliveries.

Data Exchange Start Time – the time when the data exchange started.

Data Exchange Result - the result of the data exchange. For more information, see Data Exchange Result.

Elapsed Time – the time elapsed from the Data Exchange Start Time until the data exchange was finished or interrupted.

This field displays the full error or warning message if the data exchange was not completely successful.

Supplier Id - If you click on this link you open the Supplier Detail screen, where you can view or edit the information about the supplier.

Message Log - If you click on this link you open the Message Log Overview screen, where you can view all system messages within the History Lifetime The number of business days that messages, transactions, finished deliveries and out-of-date purchase order references are kept in the database. Operational historical data (like balance and flow models at a specific date and time) is moved regularly to Analyzer, if Analyzer is installed..
