Inbound Delivery Suggestion Overview
The Inbound Delivery Suggestion Overview screen lists all currently existing inbound delivery suggestions. PipeChain can create inbound delivery suggestions for suppliers who do not have PipeChain or for products that have a non-SMI delivery agreement.
When inbound delivery suggestions are confirmed (either manually in the Inbound Delivery Suggestion Detail screen or by an order system/purchase system) they become Inbound Deliveries, and can be viewed in the Inbound Delivery Overview screen.
The Status field turns yellow if there are any locked or sent delivery suggestions that have not been confirmed.
The Shipment Time field turns red if the delivery suggestion has not been confirmed according to defined rules.

If you right-click on a row in the list of delivery suggestions, you open a menu where you can choose the following commands:
Sort By - Opens a submenu where you can choose how to sort the list items.
View - Opens a submenu where you can choose how to manage the view/columns and show all columns.
Export - Export the view to Html or to Excel.
Recalculate - Recalculates the shipment and receipt time for the delivery suggestion.
Send - Sends the order line to your own ERP system to create a Purchase Order.
Change Time - Shows a dialog where the Shipment Time and Receipt Time for a delivery can be changed.
Generate Order - Creates a Purchase Order. The order will list the delivery suggestion you right-clicked on, plus all other suggestions with the same shipment time or belonging to the same blanket order (depending on the setting under Replenishment Order in the Own Business screen).
Generate Production Order - Creates a Replenishment Order. The order will list the delivery suggestion you right-clicked on together with other suggestions from the same supplier given that they have the same shipment time and are member of the same product family. For more information about Production Orders, see Production Order. Production order can only be used if the selected property 118 is set.
Remove from Order - Removes the suggestion from its Purchase Order , if it has been added to an order.
Confirm Delivery - Confirms the delivery suggestion, turning it into an outbound delivery to the customer. See the Inbound Delivery Suggestion Detail screen for more details.
Cancel – cancels the delivery suggestion manually.
Inventory Chart – opens the Inventory Chart.
Show Notes - Opens the Notes window if there are any Notes for this delivery.
