With PipeChain´s Stock Monitor you can keep your stock levels in sync and automatically receive new shipments when stock gets too low. By continuously keeping your stock levels correct you don’t need to bother about handling orders. The Stock Monitor app allows you to;

• Consumption reporting – report consumption on the go
• Stock taking – update your stock levels
• Goods reception – monitor and receive shipments

Stock update

• When your stock is not in sync.
• To prevent discrepancies in your store location, periodically perform inventory checks and report any deviations to be able to receive the best service level.
• Adjust actual stock balances to secure and keep stock balances up to date. Updates in the app will instantly update stock balance for items as well as batches.

Goods reception.

• Monitor your incoming orders, track status, perform goods reception.
• Register reception of shipments that have arrived. Reception can be done in full or with deviations. Functionality includes handling of traceability information such as batch numbers.
