Summary of the Customs Days 2024

This autumn, we participated in the Customs Days events in Gothenburg, Malmö, and Stockholm, and I am delighted to note the strong interest from the business community. Many companies attended to stay updated on current customs issues and upcoming changes.

Key discussions and insights

A recurring theme throughout the days was geopolitical changes and their impact. Discussions covered global developments, trade policies, and how best to adapt to new conditions. Our clients have expressed great satisfaction with how we have jointly implemented the UCC projects. It is particularly gratifying to hear such positive feedback about the support and assistance we have provided during all these changes.

Looking ahead to 2025, when new regulations and directives come into effect, we feel well-prepared to tackle these challenges together with you.

Trade with Norway and customs warehouses

Customs warehouses and trade with Norway were prominent topics during the Customs Days. These discussions generated many interesting questions and strong engagement, which I view as highly positive. The Customs Days have truly been rewarding — providing valuable feedback, insightful questions, and important conversations that we will carry forward in our work.
