PipeChain Networks launches Transactions

A new module in the Applications suite for increased transparency and security in your EDI service

PipeChain continues to develop Applications, a service with smart add-on modules that complement customers’ existing business systems. Applications offers solutions for packing, labeling, sequential deliveries and visualization of delivery plans, among other things, and fills the gaps that traditional systems often leave.

The new Transactions module gives customers full control and overview of their EDI flows. It simplifies everyday life and reduces the need for support.

News: Transactions replaces Traffic and TCS Monitor

The latest addition to the Applications suite is Transactions – a dashboard module that will eventually replace the previous Traffic and TCS Monitor solutions. The module collects all EDI traffic, both incoming and outgoing files, between users’ systems and their suppliers and customers.

In Transactions, the user can:

• View statistics and recent transactions
• Search by document number, partner or message type (e.g. delivery plans, invoices, delivery notes)
• Gain visibility into both the raw data from the customer and the converted data sent to the ERP
• Identify exactly which sender or factory sent a file

With Transactions, our customers get:

• A clear overview and better control over all their EDI transactions
• Support to quickly find and understand any errors in file transfers
• Ability to read both EDI and ERP in an easy-to-understand format

Our vision at PipeChain Networks is that all customers should be able to benefit from Applications. For those who have previously had access to traffic data via another platform, Transactions provides a modern and future-proof solution. For new customers, the module will be a natural starting point to gradually build on with more modules in the Applications suite.
