LUND – PipeChain Group AB (“PipeChain”), cloud-based Multi-Enterprise Network software for Automotive & Retail industry and Collaborative Planning & Replenishment software for global supply chains, helping companies and their supply chains reach their full potential, today announced that its PEPPOL Access Point has been populated with 10 new customers and their PEPPOL-based order-to-invoice flows, since PipeChain became PEPPOL certified in June 2020. PipeChain’s digital Retail Network allow all our customers to gain access to the PEPPOL network using the PipeChain PEPPOL Access Point, hence being able to communicate operational business cross border in a standardized way (eg. order, delivery, invoice).
The purpose of PEPPOL connections in PipeChain’s Retail Network, is to digitalize the order-to-invoice process based on the principle “Connect once, connect to all”. The PEPPOL standardized documents include e-Orders, e-Advance Shipping Notes, eInvoices, eCatalogues, Message Level Responses, etc. The use of PEPPOL is governed by a multi-lateral agreement structure which is owned and maintained by OpenPEPPOL.
