Schedule Application Update – What is new?

We are constantly working to improve our services and products with the goal of releasing your supply chain power. Network Application: Schedule has now received a new update that will both improve user-friendliness and implement new functions.

First of all, the latest update introduces a brand-new modern look for the Schedule Application. Combined with updated technology, Schedule is now both easier to use and to learn.

Our update also means new export functionality from Schedule to Excel files. The function takes a delivery plan in its entirety and creates Excel files based on its “raw data”. That means no calculated values from Schedule such as “in-transit” etc.

Finally, we introduce a new module, Customer Control. This module allows users to set up several different checks and alerts that are then are applied on the delivery plans in Schedule. The customer can now receive notifications when specific changes occur in the delivery plan of their selected customers.

The checks and alerts that the module can run are:

  • “Article removed” – If an article is moved from one plan to another. In other words, the customer does not “reset” the article’s recall, but simply removes the article in its entirety from the delivery plan. This creates major problems for our customers to handle in an automated flow. This function thus catches this and alerts.
  • “Call off changed” – If a call off within the freezing period changes (such as quantity or time). The customer is therefore in breach of the agreed rules.
  • “Gate/Dock changed” – If the customer changes the gate or warehouse for an item between two delivery schedules, the module alerts.
  • “Period quantity change” – If a delivery plan’s quantity of an item exceeds a specified percentage over a specified time period, the module alerts.
  • “Total quantity change” – If a delivery plan’s total quantity of an item exceeds a specified percentage, the module alerts.
  • “Article quantity” – If the total quantity of an article in a delivery plan falls below or exceeds a specified percentage, the module alerts.
  • “Call off quantity” – If a call off quantity falls below or exceeds a specified percentage, the module alerts.
  • “Schedule interval” – If a delivery schedule fails within the specified interval, the module alerts.
  • “Order number changed” – If an article’s order number changes between two delivery plans, the module alerts.
  • “Part consignment number changed” – If a part consignment number changes between two delivery schedules, the module alerts.
